6.Miscellaneous. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between www.hotelshikhar.in and you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties' obligations here under shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in India. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred. www.hotelshikhar.in's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement. www.hotelshikhar.in may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

Check-in: 1400 Hours
Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting the previous night. A Government notification requires guests to present proof of identity at the time of check-in. Hence, guests are required to carry with them the required document during the travel.

Check-out: 1200 Hours
Late Check outs are available on request & subject to availability.

All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by online booking or Travel Agency. In the rare case that due to unforeseen circumstances we cannot deliver Your requested accomodation, You will be offered alternate accommodation or a full refund.

We reserve the right to terminate your booking immediately without being liable for any refund or compensation where you engage in unacceptable behaviour that causes a disturbance or nuisance to other guests.

Other than for personal injury caused by our negligence or misrepresentation, we will not be liable for failure to perform to the extent that the failure is caused by any factor beyond our reasonable control and in no circumstances will we be responsible for any indirect damage. If you are found responsible for any damage or loss caused to us or our property by your act or neglect then you will need to pay us on demand the amount reasonably required to make good or remedy any such damage or loss.

During Off Season Period (Dec-Mar, Jul-Aug)
Cancellation 10 days: Full refund

Mode of Refund
All the payments made online will be processed through Payment Gateway and this will reflect in Card Holder's a/c within 2-14 working days.
